Conducted Home Care Assistance (HCA) training for our carers at AWC Darjeeling on 30th April. It is an important session where we gather all the carers—not just for training, but also as a refresher. They care for our pensioners every day, and this gives them a chance to step away, interact with fellow carers, and hopefully learn something new.
